The report stated that, Marketing Joint Stock Company according to the status quo, officially established from July 2022, located at 29 Lane 58, Trieu Khuc Street, Thanh Xuan Nam Ward, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi City, the company has a total number of employees of over 30 people; production and business lines mainly retail garments, shoes, leather goods and leatherette in specialized stores; wholesale of other household utensils; organization of trade introduction and promotion; advertising market research and public opinion polls; dedicated design activities; production of communication equipment; production of movies, video films and TV shows... Although newly established, the Company has constantly tried to have many reliable customers, provide quality, reputable and stable services, contributing to honoring the brand value of customers' products, over a period of operation, the Company has had many long-term relationships, effectively with many partners in Hanoi as well as many partners of provinces and cities throughout the country, always trusted, selected and sought by customers, initially affirming a certain position, creating jobs and stable incomes for employees, with an average income of 7 to 8 million VND/person/month; 100% of employees when recruiting to work are entitled to sign labor contracts according to the State's regulations; Policy regimes such as social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance are fully paid and deducted to ensure legitimate rights and benefits for employees. However, the Company has not yet established a trade union, stemming from the legitimate needs and aspirations of all employees who want and really need to have a Trade Union organization at the Company to represent and protect legitimate rights and interests for employees.
At the same time, meeting the requirements of long-term development and stability of the Company, stability in ideology and employment of employees, the establishment of the Trade Union organization of Marketing Joint Stock Company according to the status quo is really necessary and very important, creating favorable conditions for employees and Business Owners to establish a close relationship bundle, harmony and equality in all activities, on the other hand, contributing to preventing and limiting labor disputes that may occur in the production and business process....

He also hoped that in the coming time, the Provisional Trade Union Committee would soon consolidate the organization and develop specific programs and plans. In the short term, it is necessary to focus on developing the Operation Regulations of the Executive Committee, the Regulations on coordination between the Trade Union Board and the Director of Enterprises, the Regulations on Democracy ... and the Collective Labor Agreement are important documents that serve as a guideline for trade union activities; besides, it is necessary to assign specific tasks to each comrade of the Executive Committee; proactively coordinate with the Board of Directors to organize the implementation of the Regulation on Democracy at enterprises, always accompanying expertise in developing business plans; at the same time, it is necessary to closely follow the direction of the higher-level Trade Union, regularly maintain coordination with the Boards of the Vietnam Trade and Industry Trade Union to guide and organize trade union activities well, take care of life, protect legitimate rights and interests for employees; well organize emulation movements, good labor movements, creative labor, contributing to the successful completion of the Company's business tasks. On the company's side, General Director Nguyen Manh Trung also expressed his thanks to comrades for attending the meeting and stated the direction of the company's activities in the coming time.
After more than 2 hours, the congress was a great success and wisely elected 3 comrades in the Trade Union Board for the term 2022-2023. Hopefully, in the coming time, the company's trade union will maximize its task to build a strong and united company grassroots trade union.
